Nebarska Meat Corporation (Est. 660/P660) operates under a USDA grant of inspection and has
approved programs for HACCP and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures. These programs
include Critical Control Points for Heat Treated Pork and Poultry products. Our SSOP includes
programs for Pre-operational and Operational Sanitation of our plant. We comply with all related
USDA Regulations for chilling, moisture retention, wholesomeness, etc
We warrant that meat produced in our plant is branded correctly and unadulterated as described by
The USDA and is manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Nebraska Meat also received the certificate from American Sanitation Institute for a high level of
food safety, exemplified in excellence conditions and in programs for food safety management.
